The Blackmagic Production Camera 4K is a new high resolution 4K digital camera with an innovative large Super 35 size sensor, professional shutter, combined with accurate EF mount optics and high quality Apple ProRes 422 ( HQ ) recording files.
The latest high end TVs and video projectors support Ultra HD, the resolution of which is four times the resolution of a simple HD video. The Blackmagic Production Camera 4K captures high-quality compressed CinemaDNG RAW and ProRes 422 ( HQ ) files in 4K, offering customers a complete solution to capture the highest resolution music videos, TV productions, TV commercials, sports, documentaries, news, interviews and feature films.
The new Blackmagic Production Camera 4K also supports the new 6G -SDI video connection so it can be used in live video production.
