Adobe Company & Personal Profiles
THE Adobe recently introduced Company and Personal Profiles to the login experience for business customers to help them better manage their content.
For customers with multiple Adobe profiles associated with a unique address email, all content stored in the Adobe cloud was placed in a Personal profile, and users were given 60 days of free access to all Adobe Creative Cloud applications to ensure there would be no interruption to their work.
Some customers have received an email informing them that their free access to Creative Cloud All Apps is expiring, which is confusing. Note: Free access to their Personal Profile expires, not their business license.
Instructions
To reduce and eliminate any ambiguity it should be clarified that:
1. If they have business content stored on Their personal profile, they should move it to the appropriate one Company profile before their Personal Profile expires. See detailed instructions on how to move content between profiles.
2. Content stored outside Adobe cloud storage – such as on a hard drive, network storage or other cloud storage services – is not affected from these changes.
