Blackmagic Design: ATEM Constellation 4K. Blackmagic Design announced the high-definition ATEM Constellation live production switchers with advanced features. They are available in the models 1 M/E with 10 inputs and 6 x 12G-SDI outputs, 2 M/E with 20 inputs and 12 x 12G-SDI outputs and 4 M/E with 40 inputs and 24 x 12G-SDI outputs.
In addition, each SDI input has a full standards converter allowing easy integration of different signals without the need for external converters!
ATEM Constellation switchers include advanced features such as DVEs, ATEM advanced chroma keyers, media players, multiviews and SuperSource processors. Also, the integrated Fairlight audio mixer includes a compressor, limiter, 6-band parametric EQ and expander on each input.
Free ATEM Software Control is included, or alternatively, you can add a 1 M/E, 2 M/E or 4 M/E ATEM Advanced Panel!
Ideal for large live events
Blackmagic Design ATEM Constellation switchers are ideal for concerts and music festivals as well as live coverage of sporting events, with the large number of inputs and multiple DVEs enabling multi-camera setups and multi-layered compositions. Also, they offer great speed in managing the program live. They contain plenty of internal graphics and ATEM advanced chroma keyers, with the user having the ability to produce as rich programs as he wishes.
“Program/Preview” function
ATEM Constellations use the professional “program/preview” function, the same as that used by major TV stations. The “program/preview” switching is also supported by the free ATEM Software Control, but also by a Blackmagic Design ATEM Advanced Panel.
