Blackmagic Videohub 12G
Blackmagic Design has announced 3 new models of Blackmagic Videohub 12G zero latency video routers allowing users to connect and route any combination of SD, HD and Ultra HD to the same router at the same time.
The Blackmagic Videohub 12G models feature a front panel with shortcut buttons, an LCD that can display tags or live video, and a metal rotary knob for browsing video sources.
The Blackmagic Videohub 12G eliminates cable clutter. Users can connect all their SDI equipment to the router and then make the connections electronically. They don't need complex system diagrams for their studio because they can connect any video input to any video output, or even one video input to multiple video outputs. This means they can monitor any source in the studio.
Complete flexibility is provided to handle continuous changes or even emergency needs. Allows users to use multiple HyperDeck recorders for redundant mastering. They can also route video to multiple streamers for all their broadcast platforms. The Blackmagic Videohub 12G is great for adding extra inputs to an ATEM switcher.
The built-in front panel allows users to route video, making it the perfect solution for space-constrained live productions. The front panel is similar to the Videohub Master Control Pro and has a rotary knob for browsing, buttons for speed and an LCD for displaying labels.
Because the panel is built into the router, users can also view live video on the LCD screen. The LCD screen contains menus to allow changing router settings.
