Blackmagic Design Training Videos

Blackmagic Design has announced the creation of a series of video tutorials for end users, which will be available on their website www.blackmagicdesign.com as well as on YouTube. The first of these video tutorials for DaVinci Resolve 15 has already been published, it is part of the official Blackmagic Design training series and has been developed with the help of certified professional trainers.

DaVinci Resolve 15

The video titled “The Art of Color Grading” begins with an overview of the color page interface of DaVinci Resolve 15. Then you will learn how and why you should use the primary grading functions, along with the way to review scopes so you can make the right decisions to color balance different shots.

You'll also learn how to use secondary tools like Power Windows, Qualifiers and Keyers to isolate and track different parts of the image so you can make targeted corrections and create completely unique images.

The long (2 hours) video covers in detail several of the features of DaVinci Resolve 15. In the relevant link on YouTube you will be able to navigate to any of the individual sections you wish. You will also find instructions to download the sample project and the materials used to follow the hands-on training and take full advantage of this Blackmagic Design educational effort.
