"Entrepreneurship 360" Program
Applications for the aid program began on January 9 “Entrepreneurship 360″ of the Development Prefecture 4887/2022. Among other things, investment plans concerning activities can be included in the program television production.
In particular, they also concern the activity codes (KAD) Production of motion pictures, videos and television programs, recordings and music publications (KAD 59 and 60.10.2, 60.20.1, 60.20.2., 60.20.3, 63.11.2, 63.11.21, 63.11.22) for the creation of permanent facilities "studios".
Potential Beneficiaries
The investment plans submitted must have the character of an integrated initial investment and in particular meet one of the following conditions:
- Create a new unit
- Expansion of the capacity of an existing unit
- Diversification of production into new products or services
- Fundamental change of the entire production of a unit
Minimum Investment Amount
- Large, minimum height from 1.000.000€ and above
- Medium, minimum height from 500.000€ and above
- Small, minimum height from 250.000€ and above
- Very small, minimum height from 100.000€ and above
The aim is to publish the assessment control decision within 45 days of the end of the regime.
In the event that the evaluation duration exceeds these time limits, the audit will be assigned to an independent sworn auditor, who must have completed the audit within eight (8) days. Investment projects will be evaluated using the comparative evaluation method.
Types of Reinforcements
Tax exemption from the payment of income tax on the realized pre-tax profits, from the totality of the company's activities, minus the tax of the legal person or legal entity corresponding to the profits distributed.
Subsidy, which consists in the free provision by the State of a sum of money, to cover part of the subsidized costs of the investment plan and is determined as a percentage of them.
Lease subsidy (leasing), which consists in the coverage by the department of the installments of the financial lease (leasing), which is concluded for the acquisition of new mechanical and other equipment, as a percentage of their acquisition value and is included in the installments paid.
Subsidizing the cost of the employment created, which consists in covering part of the salary costs of the new jobs created and linked to the investment plan and for which no other state aid is received.

Eligible Expenses
Investment costs in tangible assets
- The construction, expansion and modernization of building facilities, as well as special and auxiliary facilities of buildings, and for constructions to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities, as well as shaping the surrounding area.
- The purchase of all or part of the existing fixed assets, such as buildings, machinery and other business installation equipment.
- The purchase and installation of new modern machinery and other equipment, including technical installations and means of transport that move within the area of the incorporated unit.
- Leasing rents for new modern machinery and other equipment, the use of which is acquired, provided that the leasing contract stipulates that the equipment becomes the property of the lessee at the end of the contract.
- The modernization of special facilities that do not concern buildings, and mechanical facilities.
Investment costs in intangible assets
- The transfer of technology, through the purchase of intellectual property rights, licenses, patents, know-how and unproprietary know-how.
- Quality assurance and control systems, certifications, supply and installation of software and business organization systems.
- The salary cost of the new jobs, for two (2) years from the creation of each position.
Eligible expenses other than regional aid
- Costs for consulting services to SMEs. These costs concern studies and consultancy fees for investment projects of new small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Costs for remediation of contaminated sites.
- Costs for waste recycling and reuse.
- Vocational training costs.
