Logger

DRAMATICALLY INCREASE LOGGING SPEED AND FLEXIBILITY

Ideal for sports broadcasts and sporting events, news, discussions, reality shows, etc. With Logger you can work with live feeds and clips. The Logger is designed for metadata import to the clips with speed and accuracy. The environment is fully customizable allowing the operator to create the appropriate buttons that correspond to specific "phases" or events and signal them with enriched metadata – so subclips are created with embedded metadata and can be used to create highlights and direct broadcast.

The Logger is fully integrated into FORK and can be configured for any type of content. You can log Live Ingests with preview and final clips in full resolution or in the proxy file. The “events” generated are immediately available as “markers” and subclips to FORK operators for “craft editing” with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Media Composer or available for broadcast via FORK Live Assist or FORK Master Control Playout.

Social

DIRECT CONNECTION TO SOCIAL MEDIA

FORK Social is a tool for automation of posts content on multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube and Twitter simultaneously. FORK Social, through a folder of .mov files (XML and H.264) created by the FORK packager module, uploads the desired files to social media. The XML files contain information about accounts and services. FORK Social performs the account management and the verification process – authentication (beyond the simple username and password), and communicates with the APIs of each platform to publish the videos with the relevant metadata.

It keeps a log of clips that have been posted and can be configured to restore a clip that has already been posted to the Youtube, Facebook and Twitter back to FORK

Archive

FULL FILING INTERFACE

Speed up your digitization and archiving process with FORK Archive Manager. The FORK Automated Timecode Scanner (ATS) scans your films for timecode breaks with a frame accuracy while continuing to import and create sub clips at break points. It is compatible with leading archiving software solutions from companies such as Atempo, SGL and Front Porch Digital. Use “drop folders” to automate the transfer of files to the archiving system. Keep them metadata and proxies local so that operators can always see what the filing system contains.

FORK Xchange is a powerful suite of applications that via cloud allows broadcast professionals to collaborate across one or more remote FORK Production facilities. Provides instant online access to footage from any device Mac, Windows or iOS. Producers and editors can view and add clips, edit metadata, and manage footage remotely. Xchange enables high-speed file transfers between multiple FORK Production installations. The system provides statistics such as capacity, connection quality, and file transfer history.

PROFESSIONAL HD VIDEO CONTRIBUTION FOR SMARTPHONES

The smart phones offer great advantages for broadcasting news and reporting: low cost and high speed for extraordinary events and yet high portability compared to traditional media. The Mobile2Air application enables journalists, reporters, etc. via their iOS devices to record, edit with voice over and metadata input and "upload" high definition material. Once the material is "uploaded" to a remote FORK installation it can broadcast live via FORK Live Assist and/or be used for production.

With ControlStation for iPad you have the newsroom control and you can manage remotely assignments, view and rate content, chat, and locate and collaborate with journalists using Mobile2Air. M2A and ControlStation simplify sending high-definition video to the FORK platform.

Η εφαρμογή παρακολουθεί το υλικό και το λογισμικό μίας ή πολλαπλών εγκαταστάσεων Broadcast IT σε συνδυασμό με το FORK Production Suite δίνοντας την δυνατότητα στους διαχειριστές του συστήματος να ελέγχουν κάθε είδους λειτουργία πληροφορικής που συνδέεται με τις μεταδόσεις. Control It All

Με το μοναδικό χαρακτηριστικό pathfinding το FORK υποστηρίζει πολλαπλά routing switchers και πρωτόκολλα VTR. Η μονάδα Graphics Server μπορεί να διαχειριστεί ένα μεγάλο αριθμό από Character Generators και σταθμούς branding διάφόρων κατασκευαστών. Η εξελιγμένη τεχνολογία διαχείρισης εγκαταστάσεων κάνει το FORK ιδανική πλατφόρμα για τη διαχείριση και τον έλεγχο περίπλοκων διαδρομών σημάτων.
