The new 4K HD RovoCam from AJA Video Systems

The new RovoCam from AJA Video Systems is the company's first compact block camera for industrial, corporate, professional audiovisual ProAV, broadcast and security applications. Sony's sophisticated optics with integrated 12x optical and up to 20x Zoom with Sony Super Resolution Zoom, enables you to record video in UltaHD and HD.

What sets RovoCam apart from the competition in its class is a complete HDBaseT environment that supports uncompressed video, power, stereo audio and RS-232 control through a single CAT 5e/6 cable that can be up to 100 meters long. With so much functionality and power through a single connection cable, installation, camera settings and space requirements are simplified.

Reliable, practical, compact, covered in strong and durable aluminum, small and light, RovoCam is easy to install and covers a wide range of needs. By using the RovoRx-HDMI receiver unit (optional equipment) it is possible to remotely receive the RovoCam signal at distances of up to 100 meters and output it to HDMI televisions and devices. RovoCam is also compatible with select receivers on the market.

In addition, with RovoControl, AJA's free software for Mac, Windows and Linux, it is possible to remotely control one or more RovoCams for functions such as zoom, iris and focus. It is essentially an electronic PTZ for Pan and Tilt in HD quality.
