STRENGTHENING THE SELF-EMPLOYMENT OF THREE DEGREE GRADUATE EDUCATION
The aim of the program is to support graduates of higher education, unemployed and self-employed people to start/support the exercise of a professional activity related to their specialty and the organization of an independent professional space. The program is aimed at:
- Unemployed graduates of higher education, registered in the unemployment registers of the OAED, on the date of submission of the application.
- Individuals, graduates of higher education, who, on the date of publication of the Invitation, carry out a professional activity related to their specialty and do not have a salaried employment relationship, nor receive an old-age pension.
Through this program, they will have the opportunity to create, organize, support and operate a new or existing independent professional space related to their specialty.
Type of Reinforcement: Funding covers 100% of eligible costs.
Budgeting of investment projects:
- up to 25,000 euros in the case of a person opening a sole proprietorship.
- up to 40,000 euros for cooperative schemes of two people.
- up to 50,000 euros for partnerships of three or more people.
Basic conditions for participation:
- Income criteria: The individual income of the interested party in the year 2015 should be ≤ 20,000 euros.
In the case of a family, the family income in 2015 should be ≤ 35,000 euros. - Subsidy from programs in the past: the interested party should not have been approved and not have received aid from co-financed programs from 1.01.2012 until the date of submission of the application. Participation in co-financed training actions is excluded.
Submission period: from 8/3/2016 to 15/4/2016
YOUNG ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The program aims to create micro and small, sustainable enterprises with an emphasis on innovative business plans and to strengthen employment by creating sustainable new jobs.
The program is aimed at:
- Unemployed registered in the unemployment registers of the OAED when submitting the application.
- Individual service entrepreneurs who are active professionals without having an employment relationship and without receiving an old-age pension on the date of publication of the invitation.
Type of Support: Subsidy with an amount from €15,000 up to €60,000. Funding covers 100% of eligible costs. The Subsidy concerns the establishment of a business in 8 strategic priority areas:
- Agri-Food/ Food Industry
- Cultural & Creative Industries (CCI)
- Materials / Constructions
- Supply chain
- Energy
- Environment
- ICT Information and Communication Technologies
- Health-Drugs.
Eligible corporate forms: Ltd., OE, EE, IKE, Social Enterprises of Law 4019/2011 and Cooperative enterprises. S.A. not an eligible corporate form.
Eligible expenses:
- Purchase of equipment (up to 40% of the above investment plan) Operational (rents of business space, electricity costs, business telephony costs)
- Expenses for third party fees (legal, accounting support)
- Hosting services in incubators
- Exhibition, networking and participation expenses
- Depreciation of fixed assets
- Purchase / Lease of equipment
- Supply of consumables Beneficiary insurance contributions (entrepreneur / partners) Salary costs for new position(s)
- Costs of preparing, filing, registering or renewing a recognized industrial or intellectual property title
Expenses will be eligible ONLY provided they take place after 17.03.2016, start date of the online submission of the funding application.

UPGRADING VERY SMALL & SMALL ENTERPRISES TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES IN THE NEW MARKETS
Existing & new micro and small businesses can participate.
Type of Reinforcement: Subsidy with an amount from €15,000 to €200,000. Funding covers 40% of eligible costs and is increased by 10%, reaching 50% in the case of hiring new staff.
The Subsidy applies to Existing or new businesses operating in 8 strategic priority areas.
Eligible expenses:
- Buildings, other facilities and surrounding area, Machinery Equipment
- Environmental protection & energy & water saving facilities
- Development & Certification of quality assurance & environmental management systems
- Actions to patent and protect intellectual property at national, European and international level or to obtain and use patents and to transfer know-how.
- Technical support expenses for the conclusion of cooperation contracts with foreign companies or Joint Ventures, concerning new markets or new products / services.
- Certification & standardization of final products/services according to recognized standards (eg CE).
- Salary cost of employees (existing and/or new staff)
Expenses will be eligible ONLY provided they take place after 11.02.2016 date of publication of the call.
Submission period: from 17/3/2016 to 27/4/2016.
STRENGTHENING TOURISM MEDIA FOR THEIR MODERNIZATION AND UPGRADING THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED
Existing & new micro, small and medium enterprises active in tourism can participate. The program is aimed at:
- Existing businesses that keep B' and C' category books, which until 12/31/2015 have closed two or more management years.
- News companies that do not fall into the above category of existing ones and have been incorporated until 31/12/2015.
Type of Reinforcement: Subsidy with an amount from €15,000 to €150,000. Funding covers 40% of eligible costs and is increased by 10%, reaching 50% in the case of hiring new staff. Businesses are subsidized for:
- Buildings, facilities and surrounding area, Machinery - Equipment
- Environmental protection & energy & water saving facilities
- Development & Certification of quality assurance & environmental management systems
- Salary cost of employees (existing and/or new staff)
- Self-propelled means of transport, unmanned marine vessels and bicycles of any kind intended for hire as equipment for companies engaged in the relevant activities.
- Means of transport for professional use, or mixed/multiple use, at least nine (9) seats
- Promotional costs
Basic Conditions of participation
- In businesses with three or more uses, the business is required to employ by m.o. the three-year period 2013-2015 at least half (0.5) EME of salaried work.
- In businesses with two uses it is required, according to m.o. in the two years 2014-2015 at least half (0.5) EME of salaried work.
- In case the company has received aid from a previous program, it should, including the aid from this action, not to exceed the amount of €200,000 within three years (current calendar year and the two previous years).
