Payment methods

General

According to what is defined by the current legislation, cash payments apply to amounts: Up to €500 (with VAT) for individuals (retail receipt) and eup to €500 (before VAT) for professionals/businesses (sales invoice).

Payment at our headquarters

Collection and payment, by cash or card, at our headquarters, 155 Sygrou Street, 171 21 Nea Smyrni, Attiki, near the center of Athens. All cards accepted except Diners and American Express.

Pay on delivery

By cash or card (with mobile POS).

Bank account deposit

Please indicate the name/surname or order number as a reason and send the deposit to the e-mail: info@comart.gr. Beneficiary: Comart SA

Credit Cards & Debit Cards

Payment with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc. with up to 6 interest-free installments, minimum monthly installment of €30 and through debit cards of all Greek banks without installments. Cards are accepted (with few exceptions):

• Visa and MasterCard credit
• Visa debit cards
• Maestro debit cards
• Visa and MasterCard prepaid cards

For transaction security, we cooperate with Piraeus Bank Winbank-Paycenter. Your transaction is carried out directly with the Bank with redirection. Card details are not disclosed to COMART AE, so you must re-enter them for each new transaction. Card details are not stored and are only used during checkout and billing.

eCommerce Redirect works with 128 bit SSL encryption. This ensures that all information is encrypted and cannot be intercepted. In order for the eshop customer to complete his purchase, he is taken to the secure Winbank PayCenter website, where he enters the card details.

Payment in advance

For ordering products or systems such as special orders, built to order, items that are not usually kept in stock, etc., a certain amount may be required as a down payment after consultation.
